REMINDER: HOA FEE INCREASE
A friendly reminder to homeowners that there has been an increase in the HOA fees for 2023.
The new HOA fee is $207.00 and is still due before the 15th of each month.

Reminder: Insurance Policy Updates
Please be sure to send the Board a copy of your updated Insurance Policy when you receive it from your Insurance Company, and also make sure it includes the $1M liability coverage.
We are required to keep a current copy of your homeowner’s policy on file.
Notices will be sent to you if we require an updated copy.

ANNUAL MEETING – TONIGHT! November 15th
Hi, reminding homeowners that the 2022 Annual Meeting of the Zain Ridge Condominium Trust is tonight.
The meeting will be held at the Double Tree Hotel, Beaver Street, Milford at 7:00 pm.
We encourage you to attend. We need a quorum in order to hold the meeting, so please gather your friends and neighbors from the neighborhood and join us!!
