SAVE THE DATE!!! Annual Meeting of the Homeowners Association

SAVE THE DATE!!!
The Annual Meeting of the Homeowners Association for Zain Ridge Condominium will take place on Tuesday, November 14th at 7:00 pm at the Double Tree Hotel, Regency 3 Function Room, on Beaver Street, Milford.  We encourage your attendance for this important meeting.
Your attendance at this meeting is necessary for our condominium complex to function.  If we do not have at least 35 households represented at this meeting, we will need to send everyone home, reschedule the meeting, and pay to rent another meeting room.
We will be holding the annual trustee election.  Please consider volunteering for the board.  We meet once per month for about an hour to discuss projects and concerns in our neighborhood.  Previous property management experience is not necessary and it’s a really nice way to get to know your neighbor and do something good for our community.  Nomination forms will be sent via email in October.
Thank you, and we hope to see you there!
Zain Ridge Condominium Board of Trustees

NEW SPEED LIMIT SIGN!

As I am sure you are all aware in the neighborhood, we have installed an electronic speed limit sign at the bottom of the hill on Zain Circle:

The sign is solar powered, and our Board members will receive operational training on the sign next week.

We hope that this will help the community be more aware of the speed limits that are posted around the neighborhood, and we have taken this step to try to ensure the safety of all of our residents.
